1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by mytown33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the mytown33 platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mytown33. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of mytown33 following the publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of mytown33 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mytown33 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mytown33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the mytown33 platform or any affiliated service.

mytown33 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on mytown33, you are required to register an account. In doing so, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy of information: All registration details, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information, must be accurate and kept up to date. mytown33 reserves the right to void transactions and close accounts where false information has been provided.
• One account per person: Each player may register and maintain only one mytown33 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different payment methods or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You must notify mytown33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification: mytown33 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Accounts may be restricted or closed where verification requirements cannot be satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mytown33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. mytown33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, except where mytown33 compliance determines an alternative method is appropriate.
• mytown33 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts. This timeframe may be extended where additional compliance checks are required.
• mytown33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are outside mytown33's control.
• Deposits that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been fulfilled in full.
• mytown33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above applicable thresholds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mytown33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of mytown33 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time prior to being claimed by a player.
• Each promotion will specify applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook promotions), maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These conditions are stated at the point of offer and will not be altered after acceptance.
• Players who mytown33 determines are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — may have bonuses voided and winnings derived from such play forfeited.
• mytown33 bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at a time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following activities on the mytown33 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or mechanical or electronic devices to access games, place bets, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software errors, display faults, or technical bugs. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will not be paid. You must report any such error to mytown33 support immediately upon discovery.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through deposits, wagers, or withdrawals on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, whether directly or through the use of VPN or proxy services.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any subsequent account management communication.

mytown33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the mytown33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the property of mytown33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any mytown33 content without prior written authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mytown33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.

mytown33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access.

9. Privacy & Data

mytown33's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the mytown33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

mytown33 implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all account sessions and complies with applicable data protection obligations. Personal data is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players may close their mytown33 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the registered payment method.

mytown33 offers formal self-exclusion options for players who wish to restrict their own access as part of a responsible gaming commitment. 11. Amendments to These Terms

mytown33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, mytown33 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file prior to the change taking effect. Where notification is not practicable, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mytown33's operating jurisdiction and the terms of its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under rules specified by the applicable regulatory authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits mytown33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
